Short maceration on skin, precise cutting during the pressing.  Fermented in fine French oak with help of indigenous yeast.

Racked and had elevage in French oak barrique with minimum intervention.

Light yellow straw with  fresh green hue.

Aroma: 

Mixture of white fruits , white peach and melon, white flesh apricot. Fruit tree blossom.

Palate: 

Fresh palate with the dominance of white fruit, accompanied by the layer of well textured tannins . 

Pairs well with: 

Creamy pastas, slightly grilled fish.
