Winemaker notes:
Fruit has been chilled, gently destemmed and pressed straight to superb new French barriques.
Slow fermentation with indigenous yeast only. Racked of gross lees. Full malolactic fermentation and it has been aged in French foudre.
Colour:Medium intensity of greenish straw.
Aroma:
Rich, white stone fruits. White field flowers. Layers of lime and citrus.
Palate:
Very textural, silky, good long acid.
