Made in the traditional method, this sparkling wine was made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes and displays notes of rose petal, strawberry and a hint of lemon zest. A well balanced dosage supplies richness on the mid palate while finishing dry and refreshingly crisp.
Vintage:
2018 was a very good year, which delivered good yields with beautiful concentration and flavour. the summer was cool & dry with small amounts of rain allowing the fruit to ripen slowly retaining good natural acidity.
