Destemmed to whole berries and very gently pressed, 650 L of juice per tonne have been obtained only.
Fermented in one year old French barrique with help of indigenous yeast. Full malolactic fermentation, left on lees for 5 months at least.
Gently racked once after, aged in the same barrique.
2019 was a very exciting year, which delivered fantastic yields with beautiful concentration and pure flavours. The summer was moderately warm and dry with good amounts of rain.
Pale straw with greenish tint.
Intense !!! Almond flower, all sort of spring time blossoms, citrus peel.
Lush, silky and long. Very distinguished texture, charming tannins intertwined with pleasant acid and oiliness.
