Winemaker notes:Fruit has been destemmed and crushed into small vessel, it went through cold soaking for 3-4 hours then gently pressed.
Juice settled and racked. Fermentation took place in fresh French oak with help of natural microflora. Wine has been aged on own lees I French oak puncheon.
Colour:
Intense green yellow straw.
Aroma:
Almond blossom, spices, ripe white fruit.
Palate:
Rich and broad, balanced acidity, green quince, bitter almond, white stone fruit.
Pairs well with:
Mediterranean food, Marinara pasta, Goat cheese. Chill wine to 12-14 degree before consumption.
