2018 was a very good year, which delivered fantastic yields with rich concentration and pure flavours. The summer was moderatly warm and dry with good amounts of rain.

A late harvested section of Sauvignon Blanc, destemmed then pressed and freeze concentrated to enhance flavour. Fermented in new oak and fortified to 19% alcohol with brandy spirit.
